Dr. Pacheco is an authentic leader with over 20 years of experience in operational and strategic healthcare management. She is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and has earned a doctorate in Healthcare Leadership & Administration from the University of Alabama, Birmingham. Dr. Pacheco currently serves as Chief Administrative Officer for the Michigan Health Information Network, the parent organization of the Interoperability Institute in which she served as the Chief Operating Officer and provided products, services, leadership, and workforce to bring advanced interoperability solutions to the Health IT market. She is former Senior Vice President of Operations at Nuvem, where she oversaw drug management technology services and audit and compliance divisions. Prior to joining Nuvem, she served as the Vice President of Customer Success at Sentry Data Systems, Inc., with oversight of a portfolio of more than five-hundred customers across the country. Prior to joining Sentry, she was an independent 340B program integrity consultant with the Bizzell Group in conjunction with the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA). Isabell served as Principal at PatientCraft, a nationally recognized government audit preparation firm where she was responsible for the oversight of all operational aspects of the business. She also served as Director of Operations at Pharmaceutical Strategies Group (PSG) in Plano, Texas. PSG is the largest independent pharmacy benefit consulting firm in the U.S. Moreover, Isabell is a certified expert on the 340B Drug Program, hospital operations, and pharmacy purchasing; providing valuable input to hospitals and pharmacies across the nation.
